                Delegate McGeehan moves to amend the bill on page 2, Section 409, line 25, following the period, by inserting a new subsection (d), to read as follows:

                “(d) The sentencing judge may, at his or her discretion, suspend or lessen any sentence provided for pursuant to this section.”
